The Poetry Kitchen returns!

Guests will have the opportunity to craft and even perform original poems in 2 – 3 stations focused on the culinary legacy of Las Vegas — an all-you-can-eat poetry buffet (with possible “farm-to-table” elements) and a test-kitchen style pop-up with collaborative activities.
